- Lost data, blocked accounts, or other consequences from using automation tools outside of recommended guidelines.

Neno Wasian has no official affiliation with these platforms and is not responsible for any changes in their policies, service disruptions, or fees they charge.

Privacy Policy
Data Collected by This Site
wasian.my.id is a static website. The site itself does not directly collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no logins, and no tracking cookies from our side.
Data Collected by Third Parties
- Tally (order form): Collects the name, email, and Threads handle you submit. Used solely to process your order and deliver the product or report.
- Mayar / Digitalkita (payment platforms): Process payment data according to their own privacy policies. We do not store or access your payment data.
- Cloudflare Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data (visit counts, pages visited) without identifying individuals.
How We Use Your Data
Any data received through order forms is used only to process and fulfill your order, deliver the purchased product or report, and contact you regarding your order if necessary.
Data Storage & Security
Form data is stored on Tally's servers in accordance with their policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

04 — Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- The product was not delivered as described and no resolution was provided within a reasonable time.
- A technical defect prevents you from using the product and cannot be resolved.
- For service-based products (analysis reports): the report does not match the scope described at purchase.
Exclusions
Refunds do not apply if:
- You have already downloaded, accessed, or consumed a significant portion of the digital product content.
- The reason is incompatibility with tools or systems disclosed as requirements before purchase (e.g., needing a Repliz premium plan).
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
- The reason is that results did not meet your business expectations (as opposed to a product defect).
How to Claim

- Include your name, purchase email, proof of transaction, and reason for the claim.
- Claims will be responded to within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
